6.14.2 Ports
Unsolicated port
The unsolicated port is applied for commanding and ID code transfer.
PFCS - Solicated port
Via this port, tightening results are transmitted by the nutrunner. One or multiple tightening results can be
transmitted in one data set. If results are generated via the job sequence, there are various settings for
transmission of these tightening results.
If there is no connection to the PFCS server, the data is temporarily buffered.
6.15 Integra-XML Protocol
The present section only documents the specifics for the Rexroth Tightening System 350 as regards the
Integra-XML Protocol; the basic and general information is described in the documentation of the server
supplier.
If the Integra-XML Protocol is used, the PLUS Protocol connection must always be configured and
activated in the BS350 operating system, see section PLUS Protocol connection from page 472.
The MQTT interface is realized as MQTT client by means of the Eclipse Paho MQTT C library as Shared
Library.
Currently, only the TCP protocol is supported by the MQTT client (without SSL and no websockets).
Integra-XML is supported as of version V2.600 of the Rexroth Tightening System 350.
Use of the Integra-XML Protocol outside of Daimler AG Group is subject to express written agreement of
Daimler AG Group.
For using the Integra-XML Protocol, a CF350 (memory card) has to be inserted in the compact system
(CS) or the communication unit (KE).
