Tightening cell data HTTP.
Table 6–126: Settings in BS350 for HTTP
Element Description
IP address / DNS Enter the IP address or the name of the HTTP server.
Port Selection of the TCP/IP port for data transfer, value range 0 - 65535
Default setting: 80
Proxy for HTTP After opening, the following entries are displayed for a proxy server:
–Use proxy
Activate the option to use a proxy server.
IP address / DNS
Enter the IP address or the name of the proxy server.
–Port
Enter the port number of the proxy server.
Page Enter the target page of the web server for processing of the results files.
For a PQM communication partner, no entry is required.
User-Agent Enter the user agent of the HTTP header. The entry may also remain empty.
Response time timeout in
milliseconds
Specification of the time span within which the message to acknowledge the data
transmission of the web server must be sent. If no acknowledgement of the data
transmission is received within this time, the connection will be disconnected.
Default setting: 5000 ms
Connection time timeout in
milliseconds
Specification of the time for trying to establish a connection to the web server.
Default setting: 5000 ms
User-friendly formatting Activate the option to display the results data in a readable JSON format (including
line breaks and spaces). Otherwise, the results data are returned in an unformatted
JSON data set.
Memory mode Selection of the memory mode:
No memory storage
No memory storage of data.
Ring memory
If the data carrier is full, the oldest data is deleted.
Linear memory with error message
If the data carrier is full, no more data can be saved. An error message is
returned.
Linear memory without error message
If the data carrier is full, no more data can be saved. No error message is
returned.
Transmission mode Selection of the transmission types:
Synchronous
The data is transmitted prior to CyCmp (synchronous transfer). The data is
returned in the order of tightening.
Synchronous / asynchronous
Data transmission is attempted prior to CyCmp. If this is not possible or if files
have already been saved, the transmission is automatically carried out
asynchronously. The data is not always returned in the order of tightening.
Asynchronous
The data is transmitted asynchronously after CyCmp (synchronous transfer). The
data is returned in the order of tightening.
Transmission interval time in
milliseconds
Between the transmission of stored data, the system waits for the selected time in
milliseconds.
Maximum capacity in percent If the ring buffer is activated in memory mode, the oldest results are deleted as of
the selected capacity.
Stop in case of error in
generated JSON data set
If this function is activated, the error is assigned error class 3 instead of 5.
