6.14 PFCS 2-Port
The PFCS 2-Port Protocol serves for transmission of results data sets between the Rexroth Tightening
System 350 and the SE control unit.
Transmission of jobs to SE
In BS350, the tightening jobs are configured to SE, see "Project planning" documentation of the Rexroth
Tightening System 350:
• Online: Process  Tightening jobs SE
• Offline: File  New  Tightening jobs SE
These jobs are then transmitted to the controller via Data  Send to ... At PFCS
The 2-Port configuration in BS350 requires configuration of an individual connection (client) for each
channel.
6.14.1 Settings in the BS350 operating system
The following settings for PFCS 2-Port are available in the BS350 operating system under System 
Tightening cell data  PFCS 2-Port.
Table 6–66 provides a description of the settings in the BS350 for PFCS 2-Port.
PFCS 2-Port is supported as of version V2.400 of the Rexroth Tightening System 350.
For using the PFCS 2-Port Protocol, a CF350 (memory card) has to be inserted in the compact system
(CS) or the communication unit (KE).
