tolerance window.
TrigOut Trigger Out: Trigger output
Output signal used for:
Tightening channel (TrigOut)
Communication unit in single-channel operation (CH x.y TrigOut)
The trigger output function sets the TrigOut PLC output is set as soon as the set condition is reached.
The output is reset during the next program start or by ResRs. The following trigger conditions can be
defined in the extended tightening step (Xt tightening step):
Start angle counting
•Step start
Reaching ZF
YieldH Yield too high: Yield point too high
Output signal used for:
Tightening channel (YieldH)
Communication unit in single-channel operation (CH x.y YieldH)
Results description after a completed tightening sequence. The yield point was reached.
5.3 KE communication unit
5.3.1 PLC signals of KE communication unit
KE PLC signals are used by the PLC to control tightening cell or single-channel applications and to query
the results.
The KE PLC signals can be divided into four areas:
Special PLC signals for the tightening cell (see page 156)
General PLC signals for the tightening cell (see page 157)
PLC signals for tightening cell applications (see page 157)
PLC signals to control a single tightening channel via the KE interface (see page 158).
Incoming signals (I) can be assigned once and outgoing signals (O) four times.
