System 350 | 3 608 878 300/2019-03
Using this signal, the external partner controller is informed that the compact system recorded an ID code
via a scanner. After this signal is received, a tightening sequence can be started.
Furthermore, the following is applicable:
• If the ScanCTS is pending, the ScanRxID signal has to be reset actively with ScanCTS.
• If the ScanCTS signal is not applied, the ScanRxID signal is reset when the ID code is accepted by
the controller after having started tightening.
ScanRxID IL Scanner read ID internal logic: The ID code for internal logic has been read
Output signal used for:
• Tightening channel: Compact system with integrated logic
This signal informs the integrated logic that the compact system recorded an ID code via a scanner. After
this signal is received, a tightening sequence can be started.
SEnAc Signal Enable acknowledge: Acknowledge enable the signals
Output signal used for:
• Tightening channel (SEnAc)
• Communication unit in single-channel operation (CH x.y SEnAc)
This signal acknowledges that the PLC input signals for channel x.y are enabled for single-channel
operation on the KE controller interface via the KE.

SpDckAck Spindle docking acknowledge: Acknowledges nutrunner replacement
Output signal used for:
• Tightening channel (SpDckAck)
This signal is used in connection with the nutrunner docking function. As soon as the SpDckAck signal
of the controller changes to the "high", the connection to the tightening tool (ErgoSpin hand-held
nutrunner or Rexroth tightening spindle) can be disconnected.
After the SpDckAck signal has been set, the Rdy signal changes to "low", so that tightening can no longer
be started.
After the tightening tool has been connected to the servo amplifier and the SpDck signal has been set to
"low", the SpDckAck signal also changes to "low" provided the tightening system has been reconfigured
successfully.
StartBn Start button: State of the ErgoSpin start switch
This signal is available as of version V2.300 of the Rexroth Tightening System 350.
Output signal used for:
• Tightening channel (StartBn)
• Communication unit in single-channel operation (CH x.y StartBn)
This signal signals the status of the start switch at the ErgoSpin hand-held nutrunner. When the start
switch is pushed and held, the signal is "high"; when it is released, it changes to "low".
While the signal is "high", processing of different tightening programs directly one after the other can be
initiated by the PLC without the ErgoSpin start switch having to be reactuated.
This signal is only active for tightening channels with ErgoSpin.
