If you click the Format button, the memory module will be formatted, thus deleting all data contained.
Thereafter, the directories and file structures necessary for operation are newly created (System and
IDCode directories as well as the Result.lst and Transfer.lst files). Finally, the tightening system performs
a reboot.
NOTICE
Loss of data
If the power supply is shut off during the formatting process, the same must be repeated.
Make sure that the power supply is maintained during the formatting process.
NOTICE
Format the mass storage device only with FAT16.
If a FAT32 storage module (Compact Flash card, CF card) is formatted, the system will no longer
detect the mass storage device thereafter.
FAT16 formatting is only possible for storage modules which have already been formatted with
FAT16 beforehand.
