3 608 878 300 Tightening Technology | Bosch Rexroth AG 475/641
System 350 | 3 608 878 300/2019-03
As seen by the tightening system, the sequence is as follows:
1. The component arrives at the station and is scanned there.
2. The PLC transmits inflow of the part to the tightening system, including the type no. of the component
and the identifier to be used (typically the one that was returned with the activity pattern inquiry)
requesting the activity pattern. Thus, the internal states are reset.
3. The PLUS server supplies the activity pattern and, if necessary, the changed identifier. The PLC
starts processing the parts. The tightening system collects the individual results.
4. The PLC sends the signals "Parts inlet" and "Parts machined completely" to the tightening system.
5. Thereafter, the tightening system summarizes the processing results and transmits them as PQD
result to the PLUS server.
6.12.2.3 Clocked flow control (VBA)
The clocked flow control is normally used when. at the same station, the component has already been
registered on a PC before the tightening sequence using the bar code scanner. Release of the tightening
system is then triggered by starting machining the component in the station. As a result, it is not necessary
to repeatedly scan the component at the same station.
The sequence is then as follows:
1. The component arrives at the station and is scanned there.
2. The PC requests the activity pattern from the PLUS server based on the identifier.
3. The PLUS server supplies the appropriate activity pattern to the station and the Tightening System
350 which converts it into tightening processes with the associated program selection. The tools of
the station are released and machining of the workpiece starts.
4. After the workpiece has been machined, the station and the Tightening System 350 summarize the
machining/processing results for the workpiece and transmits PQD result to PLUS.
