System 350 | 3 608 878 300/2019-03
Characteristic identifier <K2002...>
Characteristic identifiers (Name <K2002...>) have to comply with the name convention in the
configuration. If applicable, the operator has to enter the tightening position names in the configuration
with a functional prefix when defining the tightening position name! The prefixes have to be applied with
the characteristic name.
Exception: The characteristic prefix "R" for redundancy value is automatically generated if redundancy
monitoring is active in a tightening step.
The following prefixes are defined for tightening position names and have to be entered manually with the
tightening position name:
Repeated tightening
For each tightening position, a repetition counter is applied. If a tightening position is tightened multiple
times in sequence with the same ID code, the repetition counter (K0055) is automatically increased. The
first tightening attempt is returned with K0055 = 1. Each additional (of the same channel with the same
program number and position at identical Ident) with the number increased by one. The counter is reset
to one, if:
the tightening cell or QDA protocol is restarted.
the tightening position (channel/program/position) is tightened with a different ID code.
Characteristics
Characteristics are generated from the following monitoring functions:
Torque
•Angle
Gradient
Redundancy torque
Redundancy angle

Prefix Meaning
V_ Pre-tightening. This tightening program is only applied as pre-tightening, i.e. the tightening position is
tightened again later.
P_ The tightening program carries out a check on further tightening.
K_ The tightening program is applied for calibration.
P-NA_ The tightening program is applied for a tightening check.
No prefix Normal tightening, which may also include redundancy measurements (an automatically generated prefix
"R_" is added to the characteristic name)
For tightening programs with tightening position name with prefix definition, redundancy monitoring in the
tightening system should be deactivated, see "Project planning" documentation of the Rexroth Tightening
System 350. Otherwise, double prefixes may be generated!
