6.13.3.1 BS350 configuration
For calculation of average values, the tightening programs have to be respectively prepared. Precisely two
tightening steps have to be defined for individual measurements. These tightening steps have to fulfill the
following requirements:
• The tightening steps require type "extended" and the Torque average value monitoring function.
• Under Save results, Docu buffer has to be selected. Each docu buffer number (1-10) can be
selected.
• Under Tightening step category, the 10: Function E has to be selected (this can be adjusted in the
IL project if necessary).
The QDA configuration is executed as standard application (see page 503).
6.13.3.2 Editing the QDA template file via BS350
The QDA template file required for configuration can be processed via BS350 under Extras IL
configuration:
1. In window IL configuration select the file qda-template.ini.
2. Edit the parameters.
3. Click Send to apply the changes to the tightening system.
