14.6 Adjusting the hook thread clamp

To adjust the hook thread clamp:
1. Loosen the screw (3).
2. Use a small screw driver to press the hook thread clamp (2) against
the thread-pulling knife (1) in the direction of the arrow.
3. Tighten the screw (3).
4. Check the hook thread clamp.
 It must be possible to pull the hook thread out of the hook thread
clamp (2) without it being advanced by the bobbin.
