18.2 Disassembling the sewing motor

To disassemble the sewing motor:
1. Switch off the machine.
2. Disassemble the arm cover ( p. 19).
3. Disassemble the toothed belt cover ( p. 23).
4. Disassemble the motor cover ( p. 22).
5. Disassembling the front cover ( p. 20)
6. Loosen screws (1) on the handwheel (2).
7. Remove the handwheel (2).

8. Loosen the screw (5).
The holder is not taken off.
