HOLD-UP ALARM (HUA) NODE
Description
햲
The Hold-Up Alarm (HUA) Node is a radio receiver node and, like all other 3GS nodes, is connected to the
3GS system via the ringnet. The unit will receive radio signals at a frequency of 433 MHz. This node allows for the
integration of radio systems onto the 3GS. See “Radio System” on page 5-34 for further information.
Note The node has four alarm inputs and one form ’c’ relay output.
햳
Radio receiver module This radio receiver module is tuned for 433MHz operation (Europe). This determines
the frequency of the receiver node.
햴
Front tamper The node monitors for front tamper.
햵
Front tamper link Use this link to override monitoring of front tamper.
햶
Back tamper The node monitors for back tamper.
햷
Back tamper and link (for future use) Use this link to override monitoring of back tamper.
햸
Diagnostic LED’s Green LED ON indicates valid message received. Red LED ON indicates RF Data error.
햹
Infrared communications interface Used for HHT communications – see “Diagnostic Menu: Hold-Up
Alarm Node” on page 5-39 for further details.
햺
Output The Hold-Up Alarm node has one on-board 1Amp single pole
changeover relay, which can be assigned to any of the system outputs. See
Node Configure->Outputs in 3GS Programming for further information.
햻
Inputs The HUA node has four on-board zone inputs. These inputs are
monitored using dual EOL supervision as wired in the following illustration.
