Is port enabled as a secure port.
Port status
Port secure status.
Violation mode
Violation mode set for the port.
Maximum MAC Addresses
The maximum secure MAC address
number set for the port.
Total MAC Addresses
Current secure MAC address number for
the port.
Configured MAC Addresses
Current secure static MAC address number
for the port.
Lock Timer
Whether locking timer (timer timeout) is
enabled for the port.
Mac-Learning function
Is the MAC address learning function
enabled.
11.2.7 switchport port-security
Command: switchport port security
no switchport port security
Function: Enable MAC address binding function for the port; the ―no switchport
port-security‖ command disables the MAC address binding function for the port.
Command mode: Port Mode.
Default: MAC address binding is not enabled by default.
Usage Guide: The MAC address binding function and Port Aggregation functions are
mutually exclusive. Therefore, if MAC binding function for a port is to be enabled, the Port
Aggregation functions must be disabled, and the port enabling MAC address binding must
not be a Trunk port.
