Disconnect the power cable(s) from the HDD to be removed (1, 2).

Disconnect the SA

A cable(s) from the HDD to be removed (3, 4).

Loosen the knurled screws (see circles, 1).
▶
Remove the first HDD module from the HDD cage.
▶
If applicable, loosen the two knurled screws (see circles, 2).
▶
If applicable, proceed with the second HDD module in HDD bay 1 in the
same way
