The screen provides access for setting-up the following parameters:
■ Video Format – selects the video format.
Options: 720p@50, 720p@59, 720p@60, 1080i@50, 1080i@59, 1080i@60.
■ Aspect ratio Conversion – selects the aspect ratio conversion.
Options: Center-cut, Pillarbox (Side-bars), Full Screen.
Composite Monitor Output Sub-menu:
The Composite Monitor Sub-menu controls the parameters of the analog (CV) video stream
provided for monitoring the HD video stream on the output program.
To access the Monitor Sub-menu screen:
❖ Navigate Root > Decoding > Configuration > Video > Composite Monitor Output.
The screen provides access for setting-up the following parameters:
■ Video Format – selects the video format.
Options:
❑ NTSC
❑ PAL-B/G, -I, -D, -M, -N
❑ French SECAM
■ Aspect Ratio Conversion – selects the aspect ratio conversion. These options change when
you change the aspect ratio.
Options:
❑ Center-cut
❑ Letterbox
❑ Full Screen
■ Aspect ratio – selects the aspect ratio.
Options:
❑ 4:3
❑ 16:9
5.2.2.5 PCR Configuration Menu
The PCR Configuration menu enables you to set up the clock synchronization parameters for
the modulated program.
To access the PCR Configuration screen:
❖ Navigate to Root > Decoding > Configuration > PCR.
