Install the fork covers and fork cover cushions.
Install the right and
left
fork bolts, but do not
tighten at this time.
Torque the steering stem nut.
TORQUE SPECIFICATION:
0.0-12.0

lbs-ft)
Tighten the fork bolts to the specified torque.
TORQUE SPECIFICATION:
7.0-9.0
kg-m
(51-65
lbs-ft)
Torque the bottom bridge fork bolts.
TORQUE SPECIFICATION:
1.8-2.5
kg-m
(13-18
lbs-ft)
Install the following:
HANDLEBARS
INSTRUMENTS
HEADLIGHT
FRONT FENDER
FRONTWHEEL
