CYLINDER HEADIVALVE
VALVE GUIDE REPLACEMENT
Support the cylinder head and drive out the
guide from the valve port.
NOTE
When driving out the valve guide, do
I
I not damase the head.
I
Install a new oversize valve guide from the
top of the head.
Ream the new valve guide after installation.
NOTE
Use cutting oil on the reamer during this
operation.
Clean the cylinder head thoroughly to remove
any metal particles.
