BRAKE PEDAL FREE PLAY
Check the brake pedal free play.

If adjustment is necessary, turn the rear brake
adjusting nut.
INCRE.
STOPLIGHT SWITCH
Adjust the stoplight switch so that the stop-
light will come on when the brake pedal
is
depressed 20 mm (314 in.) where the brake
just starts to engage. Adjust by turning the
switch adjusting nut.
BRAKE SHOE INSPECTION
(WEAR INDICATOR)
Replace the brake shoes if the arrow on the
brake arm aligns with the reference mark
"A"
on full application of the rear brake.
