To remove and install the engine, place a jack under
the engine to support its weight.

ENGINE REMOVAL
Remove the battery ground cable.
Remove the drain plug to drain the engine oil
pan.
Remove the seat, fuel tank and side covers.
Remove the gearshift pedal and left crankcase
cover.
