The current setpoint reaches the final setpoint.

The ramp timer is timeout, i.e., the ramp time is expired.
when a ramp completes, despite whatever value the current setpoint
was at that moment, it will be set to the final setpoint immediately.
PV Hot Start is a configurable feature and means that, at initialization,
the setpoint is set to the current PV value and the Ramp or Program
then starts from this value.
NOTE: PV Hot Start is only applicable to SP Ramp and SP Program
