Comprima V 180
Original Operating Instructions 150001053_00_en
If the lower stop(3) of the double rocker arm(1) is set, the compression path is reduced or
extended and the bale core becomes harder or softer.
Make the following setting on the right and left sides of the machine in the same way:
ü The machine is shut down and safeguarded, refer to page25.
Remove the screw(2).
Move the stop(3) to the right or left by one borehole into the next position (I), (II) or (III).
ð The 3 positions are explained in more detail below.
Fit the screw(2).
Ensure that the stop(2) on the right-hand and left sides of the machine is set identically.
To alter the density of the bale core, you can set the following positions. This is exemplified by
the ComprimaV180.
RP000-293
Position (I) of the screw: High bale core density, 1notch up(1)
RP000-294
Position (II) of the screw: Mean bale core density, 2notches up(2)
RP000-295
Position (III) of the screw: Low bale core density, 3notches up(3)
