Possible cause Remedy
FMI 19: There is a CAN communication malfunction.
The wiring is faulty.
 Check wiring.
The control unit is defective.
 Note the error number with the FMI and contact the KRONE
service partner.
17.6 Setting the tailgate lock

If the tailgate no longer closes fully, the tailgate lock must be set.
Make the following setting on the right and left sides of the machine in the same way:
ü The safety guard (3) is dismounted.
 Check dimensionX of the spring(2).
ð If the dimension is X=340mm, the setting is correct.
ð If the dimension X is not X=340mm, the tailgate lock must be set.
 To set the tailgate lock, release or tighten the nut (1) until the dimension isX=340mm.
Setting the baling pressure indicators on the tailgate lock
If the baling pressure indicators do not move back fully to the initial position when the tailgate is
closed, the baling pressure indicators must be set.
