Placing the machine in storage at the end of the harvest season is the best possible way to
preserve the machine.
Park the machine in a weatherproof and dry place which is not in close proximity to
corrosive substances.
Protect the tyres against external influences such as oil, grease or direct sunlight.
NOTICE
Damage to the machine by jacking up improperly
The machine could be damaged if it is raised incorrectly. Furthermore, the machine may tilt
when it is not jacked up properly.
Only jack up the machine by using a suitable car jack.
Make certain that the machine is stable and safe when it is on blocks.
Clean the machine thoroughly.
Chaff and dirt attract moisture which causes steel parts to start rusting.
