8.16 Operating the reversing device with crop blockages

Switch off the PTO shaft.
Wait until all machine parts are at stanstill.
Switch off tractor engine, remove the ignition key and take it with you.
Open the stop cock (3) in the control valve hydraulic hose line of the reversing device.
Turn on the tractor engine.
To turn back the feed rotor (1) about a quarter revolution, activate the control unit in the
tractor (green, 6+) for the reversing device 4-5 times.
Reset the tractor with the machine.
Depressurize the hydraulic cylinder (2).
Switch off tractor engine, remove the ignition key and take it with you.
Make certain the hydraulic cylinder (2) is completely retracted.
Close the stop cock (3) in the control valve hydraulic hose line.
Manually remove any remaining crop from the feed rotor (1) or the pick-up.
Start the engine and turn on the PTO shaft.
