a Open the top door.
b Make sure that the tray is free of debris.
c Make sure that the tray is properly installed and aligned to the printer.
d Reseat the interface cable that is plugged into the 2500‑ or
2 x 500‑sheet tray.
e Reset the printer.

a Make sure that the feed, separator, and pick rollers are properly
installed.
b Make sure that the rollers are free of debris or dust.
c Check the rollers for wear or damage, and replace if necessary.

b Make sure that the transport roller is properly installed.
