4 Disconnect the cable from the motor, and then remove the motor.
Motor (ADF scan shaft release) removal
1 Remove the ADF rear cover. See “ADF rear cover removal” on page 410.
2 Disconnect the cable (A) from the ADF scan shaft home sensor.
3 Remove the two screws (B).
Note: Use a #1 Phillips screwdriver.
