6 Remove the clip (B).
7 Remove the shaft, and then remove the actuator.
Sensor (2 x 500-sheet tray transport) removal
Note: The following procedure begins with the tray 4 sensor. If you are removing the tray 3 sensor, then go directly
to step 5.
1 Remove the rear right cover. See “2 x 500-sheet tray rear right cover removal” on page 489.
2 Remove the jam access door. See “2 x 500-sheet tray jam access door removal” on page 488.
3 Remove the bottom right cover. See “2 x 500-sheet tray bottom right cover removal” on page 490.
4 Remove the tray 4 transport assembly. See “2 x 500-sheet tray 4 transport assembly removal” on page 491.
