Enter the Diagnostics menu, and then navigate to:
SENSOR TESTS > PRINTER SENSOR TESTS > Fusing speed
Does the sensor status change while toggling the sensor?
Go to step 8. Go to step 10.

a Reseat the fusing speed sensor cable.
b Check the cable for damage, and replace if necessary.
