AdBlue tank level too low
Refill the AdBlue tank;
à p. 4 - 7.
Replace hydraulic oil filter
Replace the corresponding hydraulic oil filter as soon as possible;
à Maintenance manual.
Hydraulic oil too hot
The hydraulic oil temperature is higher than 80 °C (176 °F).
Display of the current temperature;

Possible cause and remedy;
à p. 8 - 26.
Oil pressure too low
A warning buzzer sounds at the same time.
Stop the truck crane as quickly as possible while observing the traffic sit-
uation and switch off the engine.
Check the oil level; à Maintenance manual.
If the oil level is correct then start the engine and check the warning mes-
sages that are present.
Air intake inhibitor triggered
The air intake inhibitor was triggered because the maximum permissible
engine speed was exceeded. It is only possible to start the engine after the
air intake inhibitor has been released manually;

Danger of overheating
There is a fault if the hydraulic oil temperature exceeds 80 °C (176 °F). Stop
the truck crane at the next opportunity and try to find the cause.
Stop the truck crane immediately and switch off the engine if the tempera-
ture of the hydraulic oil rises to over 100 °C (212 °F).

Risk of damage to the engine if the oil pressure drops
Switch off the engine as soon as possible and look for the cause if the lamp
lights up or the warning buzzer sounds.
Never restart the engine before you have found the cause and eliminated
the problem.
