Unlocking the
telescopic section
Unlocking a telescopic section is required for the telescopic section to be tel-
escoped.
The telescoping cylinder and the telescopic section cannot be unlocked
simultaneously.
Prerequisites
– Telescoping mechanism on – symbol (3)
green
– Telescopic section locked – symbol (1) green
– Telescoping cylinder locked – symbol (2)
green
Unlocking
• Select and confirm the symbol (1). The lock-
ing pins (2) retract.
If symbol (2) is not red after about 10 seconds,
this means that the locking pins are under
load.
To relieve the load, carefully retract and
extend a little.

– Yellow: Intermediate position
–Red: unlocked – symbol (3) displayed
