Extending/retract-
ing the lifting cyl-
inders
This section describes how to operate the lifting cylinders manually,
– for correcting the displayed rigging mode and
– for pre-charging the counterweight afterwards.

Always lift and lower the counterweight in automatic mode, otherwise slew-
ing with extended lifting cylinders will be blocked:
à Automatic mode rigging, p. 12 - 108,
à Automatic mode unrigging, p. 12 - 110.

weight;

3 If the pre-tensioning pressure continues to
drop, the message (1).

Risk of damage to the counterweight
With the override switch actuated, the functions are always enabled.
Slew the superstructure only when the lifting cylinders are fully retracted.
