Discharge of ink Discharge the ink and then clean the ink path and Head.
Perform the steps before the Protective solution

Removal of the covers. Remove the Front Cover, Upper Cover, Head Cover and Slider
PCB Cover.

Removal of the Dumper Remove the Dumper of the target Head.
Make sure not to leak ink.

Mounting of the Dumper Mount the new Dumper.

Mounting of the covers Mount the covers which have been removed. 6.1.1
Power ON

Main power ON –
Ink

Ink filling Charge the ink to the Sub-tank replaced. –
Be sure to wear Protective Glasses and Working Gloves during the work operation.
Ink may get in your eyes depending on the working condition, or hand skin may get rough if you touch
the ink.
