4.2.5 HEAD WASH(#ADJUST)

* Cleaning method of Air Bleeder Tube
Fill 30ml of cleaning liquid for F-200 from the air drain port
located next to the head.
Use the jig of the syringe with the filter (Millex
SLLHH25NS) and extension tube.
(1) Remove the jig from the air drain port.
(2) Fill air into the syringe and set again the jig whose filter was
replaced on the air drain port.
(3) Fill air into the air drain port by pulling out cleaning liquid.
(4) Remove the jig and cap the air drain port.
Press the ENTER key and proceed to the next step.
11. The machine becomes ready for Wiper cleaning. Perform Wiper
cleaning and after that press ENTER key.
12. Select whether to finish Head cleaning or to continue.
[] (END) : Finishes the HEAD WASH (this sequence).
[] (CONTINUE) : Goes to the protective solution charge
sequence.

When selecting finish
Returns to [#ADJUST] function selection window.
When selecting the Protective solution charge
1. Set the transfer tool containing protective solution to the ink
slot.
When attachment of transfer tool is confirmed, the next step
will be taken.
2. Protective solution is taken in, and it is charged to the Tube,
Dumper and Head.
After a certain processing time, the next step will be taken.
3. Remove the Trans Tool.
When removal of the
Trans Tool
is confirmed, the next step will
be taken.
4. Protective solution is discharged.
After a certain processing time, the next step will be taken.
5. Returns to [#ADJUST] function selection window.
Syringe
Tube : SJ-MMK-3x5
Fitting : VRM306
Filter : SLLHH25NS
For this work, the syringe is used, however, do not
pull out the piston when you connect with the air
drain port. It may absorb foreign object into the
nozzle and cause nozzle defect.
