Function If all configured inputs are TRUE, the output is TRUE,
otherwise it is FALSE.
Initial state All inputs and outputs are FALSE.
Non-configured inputs are assumed to be TRUE.
If no input is configured, the module is not run so it re-
mains in its initial state.
