When you clear the call records by the Audit Report (without printout) after confirming whether
the call records are printed out normally or not by the Interim Printout, do the following program-
ming. If the trouble such as printer paper jam, lack of paper occurs in the Audit Printout, the call
records can not be printed out again because the call records stored in the memory are automat-
ically cleared by the Audit Printout. To prevent this trouble, this programming is required.
