NOTE: The Virtual LEN has no relation with the physical LEN used in CM10. Therefore,
any Virtual LEN can be assigned to each Virtual Line station number.
However, the Virtual Line station number should be different from Single Line num-
ber assigned by CM10.
Assign the Station Class data to each Vir-
tual Line station number.
