6.7 System
On the tab under Configuration -> System you can set up parameters to:
• make general system settings
• configure the ODS
• make global settings to control job processing
6.7.1 System parameter
Trusted hosts [TCP/IP]
Computers which are not part of the PRISMAproduction network but which need to access
a computer in the network have to be registered as trusted hosts. For instance, computers
which access a remote PRISMAproduction network via the PJM command line or PRIS-
MAproduction file server each have to be registered in this way. Users of the TrueProof ap-
plication also have to insert their computer here.
Trusted hosts do not need to be defined in the server table as PRISMA servers in the ODS
network.
Format: IP addresses separated by commas, e.g. 160.111.13.27, 160.111.14.23.
Language
The language of the PRISMAproduction system. The setting you make here applies to all
the computers in this PRISMAproduction network. The PRISMAproduction system lan-
guage is used by all PRISMAproduction system messages and by all windows of non-Java
applications. All Java components of PRISMAproduction like the Explorer use the user lan-
guage (see ’User Administration’).
Default setting is english.
Account server enabled
Check the box if you wish to activate the account server (which is also defined via this in-
terface).
