6.14.17 Custom specific infopages and resources for configured printers
The systems creates automatically new runtime printer directories, which contain printer
specific files, e.g. resources for infopages. This is done when an new printer is configured
AND always on startup of the system. During this procedure, the content of old printer runt-
ime directories is deleted, if they exist.
The runtime printer directories are build and filled in 4 steps:
1. Every configured printer leads to a sub-directory in
"/u/prismapro/cfg/printers/", where the name of the subdirectory is the name
of the printer.
Exception: Names, starting with a dot "." are not valid printer names and are not printer
directories.
2. The content of a template directory in
"/u/prismapro/cfg/printers/.system/XXX.YYY" is copied into the created di-
rectory.
3. The same procedure is repeated for the directory " u/prismapro/cfg/printers/.custom/
XXX.YYY", but only if it exists.
4. At last the content of the directory "/u/prismapro/cfg/printers/.custom/PRT-
NAME" is copied int the new printer directory too (only if the directory exists).
This directory is useful for the customer to place infopages-resources for special print-
ers.
