8.11.1 Resource Libraries
Select resource library directories.
You need resources to print your documents correctly. The resources can either be speci-
fied in the document itself (inline resources) or be taken from a library. If there are no re-
sources in the document, you have to specify the library in which they are stored. It is pos-
sible to specify more than one library; PRISMAproduction searches each one in turn to find
the required resources.
The ’Resource Libraries’ tab is divided into two tree views: the available libraries on the
left side and the selected libraries for the job on the right side. Apart from the 'Common Li-
braries', which contain all types of resources, separate libraries for each type are also avail-
able. The 'Object Container Libraries' can be reserved for colour mapping tables and other
resource types to come in the future.
‘OK’ Closes the ‘APA Settings’ window and saves the current status of this
window.
‘Cancel’ Closes the ‘APA Settings’ window without saving.
‘Help’ Opens a window related help window
With the toggle view buttons you can switch between two different views of the left tree:
Predefined View
Shows in the left list the predefined libraries on the system without giving information on the
physical location of the directories.
Add a new entry
This function is only available in the predefined view.
