6.7.4 EMail Notification
If you create a print job via PJM you can specify an eMail address, which receives a mes-
sage, if the job has a defined status. To use this function, you have to make known the ac-
cess data of the SMTP server to the PRISMAproduction system.
The required data are provided by the administrator of the SMTP server.
(SMTP: Simple Mail Transfer Protocol)
SMTP Host
IP address or name of the server for outgoing mail.
Port
SMTP-Port
Default: 25
User name and Password
If the SMTP server requires an authentification, you have to activate this option.
Administrator Mail Address
Mail address of the PRISMAproduction administrator. Serves as sender address in the
eMails.
User Name
User name of the SMTP server.
Password
Password for the SMTP server.
