User Select The user who should acknowledge the notification
(GUI only).
Generate ticket Check Whether a ticket should be generated after
acknowledge (GUI only).
Update Click Save the rule properties after edit.
Remove Click Remove the rule.
Wizard Click Launch the Rule wizard. Refer to Create Rule

Help Click Open online help for the current pane.
