Defines the function used to calculate the limit line for the n-th power class for overlap-
ping ranges in Multi-SEM measurements. For details see "Limit calculation for individ-
ual ranges" on page 218.

<ri> 1..n
Selects the measurement range.
Parameters:
<Function> NONE | MAX | SUM
NONE
(reference ranges only:) the limit of the reference range is used;
Reference ranges always use the function "NONE".
SUM
sum of the two limit lines (calculated for linear powers) is used
MAX
maximum of the two limit lines is used
*RST: SUM (reference range: NONE)

[SENSe:]ESPectrum<sb>:RANGe<ri>:RLEVel <RefLevel>
This command defines the reference level for a SEM range.
In case of high speed measurements, the reference level has to be identical for all
ranges.

Selects the measurement range.
Parameters:
<RefLevel> Reference level.
Refer to the data sheet for the reference level range.
*RST: 0 dBm
Default unit: dBm

[SENSe:]ESPectrum<sb>:RANGe<ri>:SWEep:TIME <SweepTime>
This command defines the sweep time for a SEM range.
In case of high speed measurements, the sweep time has to be identical for all ranges.
