Enhanced Capabilities of Multi-Socket Communication Modules
Multi-socket communication modules each provide multiple, simultaneous
communication channels for services and reporting (for example to the user and
monitoring station) – directly, or via the Cloud. Multi-socket module services and
reporting abilities include:
• iRISCO Smartphone app & Web user interface: Connected via RISCO Cloud
• Monitoring Station: Direct connection using SIA-IP, or with the RISCO IP
Receiver installed at the monitoring station
• Configuration Software: Connection with panel via RISCO Cloud or directly
using various channels, including GSM & IP networks – see CS documentation
• Follow-Me: Events are sent to FM destinations by E-mail, SMS, or voice
• SynopSYS: Connection via IP / GPRS
