3.3 Left side panel
(1) Trap chamber
Prevents reagent, etc. from flowing into the vacuum pump of the compressor when an error occurs with
the instrument.
(2) Regulator
Regulates pressure to 0.05 MPa.
(3) Bellows unit
Regulates vacuum to –0.0333 MPa.
(4) Air filter
Prevents dirt and dust from entering the bellows unit.
