Negative duty cycle
This timing measurement is the ratio of the negative pulse width to the signal period expressed as a
percentage. The duty cycle is measure d on the rst cycle in the waveform or gated region.
Negative Duty Cycle = ((Negative W idth) ÷ Period) × 100%
Negat
ive overshoot
This
voltage measurement i s measured over the entire waveform or gated region and is expressed as:
Negative Overshoot = (Low Minimum) × Amplitude × 100%
Negative width measurement
This timing measurement is the distance (time) between the mid reference (default 50%) amplitude
points of a negative pulse.
The measurement is made on the rst pulse in the waveform or gated region.
