TheairconditionerrelayusedontheGroundsmaster5910suppliespowertothe
airconditioningsystemevaporatorfansandthecompressorclutch.Thisrelayis
energizedwhenthekeyswitchisintheSTARTorRUNposition(cabcontactor
closed),thefanspeedswitchissettolow,mediumorhighspeedandtheair
conditioningswitchissettoON.Theairconditionerrelayislocatedinthecab
headlinernearthefuseblock(Figure242).T oaccesstherelay,removeroof
panelfromtopofcab(seeRoofAssembly(page9–9)).
Testing
1.MakesurekeyswitchisOFF .Removekeyfromkeyswitch.
2.Turnbattery−disconnectswitchtotheOFFposition.
3.Verifythelocationoftherelaybeingtested(above)andaccesstherelay.
