1.Ifbushingswereremovedfromliftarm,pressnewbushingsintoliftarm
bores.Makesurethatbushingsarepressedfullytoliftarmsurface.
2.Applyanti−seizelubricanttoliftarmpivotshaft.
3.Positionliftarmtoframewiththrustwasher(item29)positionedbetween
rearofliftarmandframe.Slidepivotshaftintopositionandinstallnewroll
pins(item22)tosecureliftarmpivotshafttoframe.
4.Slidethrustwasher(item29)andimpactarmpivothubontopivotshaft.
Makesurethatthrustwasherisbetweenframeandpivothub.
5.Applymediumstrengththreadlockertothreadsofcapscrew(item23).
Securepivothubtopivotshaftwithwasher(item24)andcapscrew.Torque
capscrewfrom105to130N·m(77to96ft−lb).
6.Positionliftcylinderinliftarm.Slidecylinderpinintoliftarmandliftcylinder.
Securecylinderpinwithcapscrew(item6)andangenut.
