Service information
Introduction The Service Information options provide information regarding the service
of the machine.

The Service Information options are as follows:
• Program Version
• Log / Event book
• Reset Logbook
Accessing Accessing Service Information options
Program Version This option provides information regarding the particular version of the
machine in use.
Access Program
Version
Press the button to show the program version for VMC and
SPC.
Log / Event Book This option is used to retrieve data regarding information about the ma-
chine:
• error/event
• frequency
• first/last occurrence.
Action Function
Open the cabinet door. The machine will automatically be in the
Total Counter menu).
Press four times: The display will read "Service Info".
Press Accesses the information found in the
Service Information.
