Checking the Total Number of Copies for Each Account
This section describes the procedure for checking the total
number of color and B/W copies made for each registered
account.

Select Create/Check Account Data on the Auditron
Administration screen. The Create/Check Account Data screen is
displayed.

Select the item you want to check, and select Create/Check. The
Create/Check screen is displayed.

Enter a 4-digit number for the account number using Numeric
Keypad on the Control Panel. When you have finished, the screen
for the entered account number is automatically displayed. You
can select items using the up and down arrow buttons.

You can confirm the Copies Made, Copy Limit, and Output Color
Control on this screen.
