Printing Meter Reports
When a password for entering System Settings mode is set, you
can print Printer Meters Reports and Copy Meter Reports.
Print Meter Report Confirm the total number of pages printed on this machine or the
total number of pages printed by user. The number of printed
pages is counted individually for color and for B/W. A Print Meter
Report counts from when the data was initialized.
Copy Meter Reports Confirm the number of copies made so far, and color and B/W
copy restrictions.

Press the Machine Status button on the Control Panel. The
Machine Status screen is displayed.

Select the Billing Meter/Print Report tab. The Billing Meter/Print
Report screen is displayed.

Select Print Report/List. The Print Report/List screen is
displayed.

Select the meter report to print. Select the desired account
number or Show All.
50 account numbers can be selected at a time or all accounts can
be selected as the account number.

Press Start. This prints the print meter report.

Select Close until the Billing Meter/Print Report screen is
displayed.
